This thin rubber sheet is non-sticky type suppressing stickiness on the surface to keep excellent workability.

■CR (Chloroprene) rubber sheet 
CR rubber sheet is well known as high efficiency, top brand synthetic rubber sheeting and superior weather proof, heat resistance, ozone-proof and oil resistance.
■NBR (Nitrile-butadien rubber) sheet
NBR sheet is superior oil resistant and abrasion resistant.
■Kuresheed
Kuresheed is developed as one of our original materials. It is added weather-proof and heat resistance on ordinary NBR properties.
■Gasoline-proof rubber sheet
Superior oil resistance against gasoline.
■Hydrogenated NBR sheet
Hydrogenated NBR sheet is superior oil resistant and heat resistant ozone-proof, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance.
■EPDM (Ethylene propylene rubber) sheet
EPDM series is high-valued grade and superior ozone-proof, weather proof, chemical resistant, heat resistance, cold resistance.
■Wear-resistant rubber
It is appropriate to apply for hopper lining and skirt rubber of conveyor belt.
■IIR (Butyl rubber) sheet
IIR series is especially superior gas permeability proof to others' series; in addition acid resistance, weather proof and ozone-proof are well performanced.
■CSM (Chlorosulfonated polyethylene) sheet
CSM series is superior chemical resistance, weather proof and ozone- proof.
■Polyurethane rubber sheet
Polyurethane rubber sheet is evaluated as excellent resilient, abrasion-resistant, oil resistant and weather proof.
Natural rubber sheet is made from almost natural rubber and it has superior repulsion, physical properties and tear strength to other materials. Especially, GW540N (resilient mounting application), Blue liner products are made on the full strength of natural rubber specification.
■Blue liner
It excels in high rebound resilience, and is suitable for the use as adhesion prevention. It is suitable to prevent adhesion and abrasion due to its rebound resilence and wear resistance. (There are two grades Hs40° and Hs 32°.)
Our thin synthetic rubber sheet is superior workability for processing. We adopt non-block type and get rid of conventional surface sticky problems.
■Silicone rubber sheet
Silicone rubber sheet has especially superior heat resistance, cold resistance, and electric insulation.
■Fluoride rubber sheet
Fluoride rubber sheet has the highest heat resistance(230°C), and excels in chemical resistance, oil resistance, and weather proof (resistance).
■Silicone rubber sponge sheet
Silicone rubber sponge sheet has superior rebound resilience, compression permanent set, insulation properties, and heat resistance.
■Fluorido rubber sponge sheet
Fluoride rubber sponge sheet has superior heat resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and ozone -proof, and has the cushioning properties which come from uniform and unicellular structure.

The most severe grade is cleared by UL standard.
■Anti-fired rubber sheet for railway cars
Products meet the requirement of Japanese regulations.
■Conductive rubber sheet (EPDM)
It excels in conductivity at the volume specific resistance value 100Ω·m .
■Anti-static Rubber Sheeting
It is effective at the volume specific resistance value 100Ω·m .
■Anti-static and insulating Rubber sheet
It excels in electric insulation at a volume specific resistance value of 1010Ω·m, and in against a high voltage resistance.
■Rubber sheet for water works standard
It is conformed to JISK6353 water standard.
■Food hygiene standard rubber sheet
This products meet the requirement of the ministry of health, labor and welfare.
■Flame-resistant rubber sheet
The most severe grade is cleared by UL standard.
■Wrapped cure rubber sheet
This is the rubber sheet manufactured by vulcanizer. It is possible to manufacture long length sheeting and two kinds of surface pattern which are "flat and smooth", or "texture pattern"type.
Anti-vibration, sound deadener rubber. (VBRAN)
Vibration deadening and sound deadening. Those make change vibration, sound, shock into heating, and let them out.
■VBRAN G-Serise (anti-vibration)
Those G-serise are very good material in elastic modulus (2.5%).

■Hybrid; UP rubber composite of rubber and resin
There are double edged properties which are the characteristics of UHMWPE such as wear resistance shock, resistance, non-adhesion, chemical resistance and smooth surface and are the characteristic of rubber, such as impact absorption nature, and easiness for bonding.
■Hybrid; cloth insertion rubber sheet
This maintains the characteristic of the elasticity of rubber and the intensity of cloth.
■Glass fiber cloth insertion silicone rubber sheets
It is silicone rubber sheet inserted glass fiber cloth which can be used at wide range temperature(-50Å~200°C) and superior to tensile, and tear strength and compression set.
■Rubber sheet laminated with fluoride ethylene
It has superior properties of heat resistance, chemical resistance, non-stickness and smooth-sliding due to the surface of PTPE.
