Belt Cleaner is a scraper for the conveyor belts which are used to transport raw materials in ironworks industry, mining, power stations and so on.
Necessity of Belt Cleaner
After conveying raw materials to next process, fine powders and mud often remain on the surface of belt conveyor. These cause many problems of adhesion to peripheral equipments, meander of belts, falling products and deterioration of work environment. By fixing these problems, we can expect prolonging life of belt conveyor, improvement of work environment, effective utilization of resources and cost reduction.
We scrape roughly ca. 90 % of transfer products by Pre-Cleaner, and we can scrape much effectively by adding T-Cleaner.

- It uses super hard chip for blade material which is excellent of abrasion resistance, long life and low running cost.
- It always keeps optimum surface pressure by spring-tensioned structure, and there are no needs of troublesome tension adjustment.
- Tensioner can be set on both of inside and outside of shoot. It’s easy to select space for setting.
- It can be replaced safely in short time by aluminum cassette system.
